Our policy

When we get something wrong we fix it and we say we fixed it. Substantive errors are logged here with the date, the page affected, what was wrong, and what it says now. Copy edits and formatting changes are not logged.

What counts as substantive

A wrong dosage figure, a misattributed study result, an outdated recommendation, or a claim stronger than the evidence supports. If a correction changes what a reader should do, it goes on this page.

How to report an error

Email editorial@nutrimosaic.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We confirm receipt, check it against the source, and reply with what we found.
